Maggie and Jarom are some of the sweetest, kindest, down to earth people I’ve ever met! Their bridal session in Island Park, Idaho was incredible. We chose to do their photos at a ranch called Eagle Ridge Ranch. This place has everything from ATVs to wildflower fields and is in the heart of Island Park‘s most beautiful outdoor scenery. Their ranch offers horseback riding, cabins, camping, multiple private lakes, miles and miles of scenic outdoor nature, and so many amazing amenities. Think paddle boards, canoes, mini boats, kayaks, and more! They do everything from family reunions to weddings!
For the start of our session we went ATVing out to the most beautiful wildflower field and ran around frolicking among the flowers. Maggie and Jarom have the most natural and beautiful love to them, it was so effortless to have them in front of my camera! Jarom gave me Tom Cruise vibes and Maggie gave me Mandy Moore vibes all the way!
After the sun started setting, we headed over to this lakeside field view and released their herd of horses for some magical western photos. We took shots with the horses and they used ATVs to help herd the horses to the spots we wanted them! Then we noticed the most beautiful reflection setting in over the lake, so we had them ATV to the other side of the lake so we could grab some far out landscape shots of them on the dock!
We ended with taking blue hour photos on the tip of a cliff overlooking one of their many lakes on the property. This couple and this place was absolutely breathtaking! Did you know they do weddings at their ranch? I hope to experience this place with many more couples and do some weddings here in the future!
